Streaming-powered tools are a set of new capabilities that publishers can activate in order to tap into the power of Spotify’s rich streaming environment and enhance their content, growth, and insights on Spotify. We currently offer 4 tools that are streaming-enabled:
Video Podcasts on Spotify: Upload, distribute, and monetize video podcasts episodes on Spotify.
Content Performance Analytics: Learn more about your Spotify fans with metrics that show how your content is performing, such as # of viewers, video completion rate, and average consumption time.
Ad Performance Analytics: Prove advertising performance Learn how your audience is engaging with ads on Spotify with new performance analytics, powered by Streaming Ad Insertion. Metrics include ad completion rate, reach, and frequency.
Clickable Promos: Drive listeners to enabled podcasts in your network using a new clickable display unit that plays alongside audio promos on Spotify and receive in-app conversion reporting.
While each of these tools will help you tap into a unique aspect of streaming with Spotify, please note that in order to use any of these tools, you will need to activate streaming, which will activate all four products. Organization admins will be able to activate streaming and unlock access to all streaming-powered tools in their org settings.

We are currently testing these tools with a select group of publishers. We’ll be continuing to iterate on and improve our streaming-powered tools based on feedback from publishers who are currently testing with us.
