How to Bulk Edit Orders

You can update multiple orders within a single campaign through bulk order editing. In order to do that, you must head to the Campaigns tab and select a specific campaign. Once you’re in a campaign, you can click the “bulk edit” button to make adjustments across multiple orders.

Once you’ve entered the bulk order editing screen, select the order(s) you would like to modify by checking their boxes to the left. Once you’ve selected your order(s), you can then make the necessary adjustments.

Some fields you will be able to adjust by selecting from the drop-down shown at the specific order-level once you’ve checked off the box. These fields include:

  • And/Or

  • Pacing

  • Position

In order to adjust all other fields available in bulk order editing, you can select the pencil next to the field label after you’ve selected which order(s) you want modified. Fields that should be modified this way include:

  • Flight Date

  • Tracking URL

  • Priority

  • Impression Cap

  • Impression Goal

  • Content Targets/Exclusions

  • Geotargets/Exclusions

  • Audience Targets/Exclusions

  • Rate

If you would like additional information on what each of those fields mean and how to select the best option for your campaign goals, check out the “how to create an order” help center article.
