Megaphone's enhanced audio statuses are designed to give more feedback whenever any audio file is uploaded.

Below are explanations of the various audio statuses that you may see when navigating throughout Megaphone.

Podcast Draft Episode Tab

Needs Audio: This draft episode does not have an associated audio file

Audio Processing: This draft episode has an audio file that is currently processing

Error: Bad Audio: This draft episode encountered an error while processing audio

Ready: This draft episode has audio that has finished processing and is ready to be published

Podcast - Episode Tab

Needs Audio: This episode does not have an associated audio file

Audio Processing: This episode has an audio file that is currently processing

Error: Bad Audio: This episode encountered an error while processing audio

Scheduled: This active episode has audio that has finished processing, with a publication date that is in the future

Live: This active episode has audio that has finished processing, with a publication date that is in the past

Podcast - Clips Tab

Audio Processing: This clip has an audio file that is currently processing

Error: Bad Audio: This clip encountered an error while processing audio

**No indicator**: This clip has finished processing

Promo Page and Campaign - Order Page:

Needs Audio: This order has no advertisement or it has an advertisement that does not have an associated audio file

Audio Processing: This order has at least one advertisement with an audio file that is currently processing

Needs Copy: This order has at least one advertisement with an uploaded audio file and the campaign is marked as needing copy and there is at least one advertisement missing an adcopy attachment

Scheduled: This order has audio that has finished processing, with a start date that is in the future.

Deliverable: This order has reached it's start date, the audio has finished processing, and Megaphone is ready to deliver the advertisement

Complete: This order's end date is in the past or the order has already hit the impressions cap

On Hold: This order's audio is ready but the order itself is not enabled

Error - Bad Audio: This order has at least one advertisement that encountered an error while processing audio
