The Download Time report is accessible from your reporting dashboard under the "Reports" tab. This article will cover the Download Time of Day section, which covers downloads over the course of a week (Sun - Sat) by time of day, per hour. 

This report measures downloads in a heat map, meaning the hours with more downloads will be darker than those with fewer downloads. Hovering on a cell will display the downloads for that given time/day.

The report automatically filters for the range selected and gives the averages for a typical week across your podcasts.
