You can pay your past and present balances in Megaphone using a credit card only if you are located within the United States and your Megaphone agreement includes credit card terms.

Credit Card Payments

To access credit card payments, please do the following:

  1. Log into Megaphone and click onto your initials in the bottom left corner. Click on "Organization Settings"

  2. Select the "Billing" tab to access your Billing details and Payment Method

  3. Navigate to "Payment Method" at the bottom and enter your card details. Hit "Save" to update your changes.

To pay a past due invoice, click onto the "Invoices" tab and select "Pay invoice"

If you have questions about your invoice or notice a discrepancy, please email support-megaphone@spotify.com and provide the invoice number in question.
