Note: Only Organization Admin users have the ability to access invoices inside of Megaphone. These invoices are for hosting feeds/charges to use the Megaphone platform. If you have questions surrounding billing, please email support-megaphone@spotify.com.
Log into Megaphone
Visit cms.megaphone.fm to log in using your email and password.
Access Your Organization Settings
Once inside of Megaphone, click onto your initials in the bottom left corner and select the "Organization Settings" tab.
From there, select the "Invoices" tab.
You will see the line item for each month's invoice along with the amount due. Invoices are available on the 8th of each month for the previous complete month.
You can then download your invoice by selecting the "Download" option to the right of the invoice line.
