The report builder is an analytics tool that will create your own customizable reports. Through this feature, you can better understand your podcast and campaign delivery by giving you access to the exact data you need and in the format that best suits your business needs.
To start generating your own reports, you can head to the analytics tab and click “report builder,” which will be available in the top navigation. From there, you can select a report type and apply any unique filters to it to create the report that you need.
What can you select to make this report your own?
“Report Type”: What specific insights are you looking to access?
Podcast Delivery: Understand how your podcast(s) are performing with total number podcast downloads/streams, % of total downloads/streams across all podcasts or specific podcasts
Episode Delivery: Get granular with episode-level delivery with a report that includes total number podcast downloads/streams, % of total downloads/streams across specific podcast episodes
Podcast Impressions: See how many impressions your podcast(s) are generating through total number of impressions, % of total impressions, impression cap, budget, revenue, and more across all podcasts or specific podcasts
Episode Impressions: Get an episode-level impressions breakdown with % of total impressions, impression cap, budget, and revenue across specific podcast episodes
Campaign Impressions: Understand your campaign performance by reviewing total number of impressions, % of total impressions, impression cap, budget, and revenue across all campaigns or specific campaigns
Order Impressions: See an order-level view with total number of impressions, % of total impressions, impression cap, budget, and revenue across specific orders
Ad Creative Impressions: Understand your impression performance broken down by ad creative
Date Range: You can select a preset date range or input a custom date range for your report
Campaigns: If the report you selected is a campaign-specific report, you can choose to include all campaigns or select which campaigns you’d like included. Please note this choice only applies to direct sales campaigns you’ve set up.
Orders: If the report you selected is an order-specific report, you can choose to include all orders or select which orders you’d like included
Geolocation: Similarly you can have your report be global or include/exclude specific locations
How to schedule your reports
Once you’ve created the report you need, you can choose to schedule it so that you receive it in your email in a specific cadence. You will need to:
Name your report
Select who you’d like to send it to
Choose the frequency: weekly or monthly
Add the date range of data that you’d like to see the report: past week (available if you select weekly), month-to-date, year-to-date
