Start by navigating to the Campaign Library by clicking "CAMPAIGNS" in the left navigation bar, and then click on the "Create Campaign" button.

1) Click “Create campaign” to start the booking process.

2) Input your campaign details

In the Campaign detail section, you can input the following information:

  • Campaign name (required): text field where the Ad Ops Manager can type in whatever name they would like to use for the Campaign.

  • Advertiser (selected from search bar, required): All Campaigns are required to be associated with an Advertiser. Advertisers will be available in the dropdown menu. Contact your Ad Ops manager if you need additional advertisers to be created.

  • Budget: You can enter Revenue information associated with your Campaign in the Budget section.

  • Price Model: the option to indicate whether or not the Campaign is Gross - meaning the Agency/Advertiser will retain a portion of the overall Campaign Budget - or Net - meaning your organization will earn the entire Campaign Budget.

  • Attachments: Upload .pdf and .doc attachments to the Campaign.

  • Ad Copy: optional setting that will affect all Orders in this Campaign. If you plan to upload copy for this campaign, then choose "Needs Copy." If there won't be Ad Copy associated with this Campaign, select "Not Applicable."

  • Spotify Ad Analytics tracking. Please note that Spotify Ad Analytics is a separate platform that you will need to opt-in to gain access. To learn more about adding Spotify Ad Analytics tracking to Megaphone campaigns, see our help center.

You have the option to click “Save campaign and exit” to exit the creation flow. You will be taken to the view page of the campaign you just created.

Note: you can still add orders to a saved campaign later by clicking “Add order” in the campaign view page.

To continue to order creation, click “Save and continue”. To learn more about order creation, check out this help center article.
