See below for step-by-step instructions, followed by a video tutorial.

Note:
Only Network Admins, Organization Admins, and Ad Ops Managers have permission to invite new users to Megaphone. If you aren't this type of user please use the Megaphone Live Chat to request new access.

1) Click "Users" on the left-hand side bar

2) Click on the "INVITE" button in the top right.

3) Choose your User Type.

You'll see a list of different User Types (depending on your own access) that you can choose for when creating a new user.

Organization Admins have full access within organizations in Megaphone. This includes updating organizational settings, creating new networks, inviting other users, as well as the ability to create/edit/delete podcasts, campaigns, promos, and advertising agencies.

Ad Ops Managers have full access within organizations in Megaphone. This includes updating organizational settings, creating new networks, inviting other users, as well as the ability to create/edit/delete podcasts, campaigns, promos, and advertising agencies. Ad Ops Managers also have access to additional reporting relating to impression delivery and revenue reports. . 

Network Admins have full access within assigned networks of podcasts. This includes the ability to invite other users and to create/edit/delete podcasts and promos, but does not include access to campaign or advertising functions.

Network Partners
have read-only capabilities within podcasts and inventory. These users have the ability to access metrics and reporting within assigned networks. 

Producers are the most common user type in Megaphone. Producers are granted access to specific, assigned podcasts and has permission to publish new episodes and to edit the podcast information and settings.

Contributors are similar to producers in that this user has access to specific, assigned podcasts and has permission to publish new episodes, but is unable to edit the podcast’s information or settings.

Billing Admins have full access to the Campaigns tab, Reports tab, Agencies tab, and Billing tab. Their role is to reconcile advertising revenue with active campaigns and reporting.

Sales Planners
have read-only capabilities within podcasts and inventory. These users have the ability to access metrics and reporting within assigned networks as well as full access to create/edit/delete advertising agencies.

4) Enter First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

5) If adding a Network Admin, Network Partner, Producer, or Contributor, click on "Add/Remove" to pick the Network/Shows  that the user will have access to.

6) Press "Done" and "Send Invite"

The user will receive an email from team@megaphone.fm with info on how to log in. If you need to change a users' access, please reach out to Live Chat and we can adjust a users' access as needed.
