Megaphone knows one of the biggest challenge’s publishers face is discoverability. Publishers may spend hundreds of hours creating wonderful content but have limited ways to promote such masterpieces. We want to change that.

Through an integration with Headliner, publishers on Megaphone can now promote their shows by creating an audiogram which can then be shared across social media. This audiogram can contain the clipped audio, static pictures, moving waveforms, or even dynamic visuals! You can now easily capture your listeners’ attention without a full on in-house design team.

Here’s how it works:

Step #1: Create a Clip

Navigate to the Episode Tab within a Podcast and select the scissor icon to clip the Episode.

You can create a clip between 30 seconds and 12 minutes.

Save your clip as a title you may want to appear on your Audiogram.

Step #2: Send your Clip over to Headliner

Navigate to the Clips tab under Podcast Page and click on the Video Icon.

A prompt will be presented to you to confirm your choice. Click on “Continue to Headliner” to send over your clip mp3, clip title name, and podcast cover art. This will save you the trouble of having to upload these essential items when you create your audiogram on Headliner.

Step #3: Complete your Audiogram on Headliner

A new tab will open in your browser and you will be asked to log in or to create an account with Headliner. (Note: there is a free option). Once you’re logged in, your clip mp3, clip title name, and podcast cover art will be waiting for you as you create your audiogram!
