Accessible through your Impressions Dashboard, the order performance report is a line graph which plots your top five performing orders. Below the graph, are your top 10 orders which are broken out by order name, total impressions and the percentage of the total impressions for the filtered time frame. Each line on the graph has a color that corresponds with the top five performing orders located below the graph.
1. Managing the Order Performance Snapshot
You can filter the range for a particular report by toggling the filter to show a grouping by day, week, month, quarter, or year. This will group the chart in accordance with the overall date filter you've selected for the page (top right of page). For example, if you have selected only the past 30 days for the overall page filter, and group this report by year, you will only see one data point because only one year is represented.
2. Export the Report
You can export the report for the range selected by pushing the export button. A CSV will automatically download to your machine.
3. Expand the Report to Explore Further
At the bottom of the reporting panel, click the "Order Report" link to open an additional view to explore the report in more detail.
You will then be taken to a view where you can select the specific dimensions of your query.
Click the "Add Orders" button on the left side to open a modal where you can search for a specific campaign or order. Once added, press "Select" to confirm.
After selecting the orders you would like included in the report, define the date range in the top right corner, then click "Apply" and finally select "Run Report."
You'll then see the Orders Performance report for the orders and date range selected.
This report can be viewed by order name or broken out by date in the View filtering. Similarly, the report can be displayed by day, week, month, quarter or year.
