The Podcast Performance report is accessible from your reporting dashboard within the reporting tab. This article will cover the Podcast Performance section, which covers all downloads for your shows.

1. Managing the Podcast Performance Report

You can filter the range for a particular report by toggling the filter to show a grouping by day, week, month, quarter or year. This will group the chart in accordance with the overall date filter you've selected for the page. For example, if you have selected only the past 30 days for the page overall and group this report by year, you will only see one data point as only one year is represented.

If you have included all podcasts, only the top five performing shows will be represented on the line graph (though additional shows will be visible below the chart). Each of the top five shows is marked by a color designated next to each podcast title.

On this report, you can see the podcast titles, the total downloads for the date range selected, and the percent that these downloads make compared to the total for all your podcasts.

2. Export the Report

You can export the report for the range selected by pushing the export button. A CSV will automatically download to your machine.

3. Expand the Report to Explore Further

At the bottom of the report, click the Podcast Report link to open an additional view to explore the report in more detail.

You'll then be taken to an expanded view:

Click the Add Podcasts button on the left side to open a modal where you can search for specific podcasts, filter by network or filter by Apple Categories. You can then select to add certain podcasts to the report, and hit "Select" to confirm.

After selecting the podcasts you'd like included in the report, select the date range in the top right corner, click "Apply" and select "Run Report".

You'll then see a Podcast Performance report for the shows and date range selected.

This report can be viewed by podcast overall, or broken out by date in the View filtering. Similarly, the report can be displayed by day, week, month, quarter or year.

The report can be ordered by Podcast title, Downloads, or date by clicking on the header (two arrows represent ordering fields).

Once the report is formatted as you'd like, you can export the data in the top right corner by pushing the downward arrow.
