You can pay your past and present balances in Megaphone using a credit card only if you are located within the United States and your Megaphone agreement includes credit card terms.

Getting Started

To access credit card payments, please do the following:

  • Log into Megaphone. If you do not know your Megaphone login or forgot your password, visit https://cms.megaphone.fm/users/sign_in and click the "Forgotten your password?" link.

  • Hover over your initials in the bottom left corner. Click on "Organizational Settings"

  • Make sure your full billing details have been entered under the "Billing Details" section on the Details tab

  • Click on the Billing tab and fill out your credit card information. Hit "Save" in the upper right corner.

To pay a past due invoice, simply click the purple "Pay Invoice" button.

If you have questions about your invoice or notice a discrepancy, please email billing-megaphone@spotify.com and provide the invoice number in question.

There are two ways to get in touch with us if you need assistance. First, you can email anytime at support-megaphone@spotify.com and we will get back to you within two business day or less.
