Enabling External ID tags allows for simpler integration between the Megaphone API and client systems to key records together. External IDs can be added to entire shows or individual episodes.
Note: Only Organization Admins can enable/disable External Identifiers within organizations.
How to enable External Identifiers:
Hover over your initials in the bottom left corner and select "Organization Settings"
2. Select "Yes" under the "Enable External Identifiers" field and hit "Save"
3. Once this feature has been enabled, you can add External IDs to your shows by going to the "Podcasts" tab and selecting the "Edit Podcast" button for each show, or they can be added to individual episodes by selecting the "Edit Episode" button
